The Lesson

Turn wasted standing time into health time. Huberman breathing: two deep inhales through nose, one long exhale through mouth. Do it a few times while relaxing your entire torso. Immediately reduces tension. For posture: arms straight up, bring elbows down to sides, lower hands, then drop everything. You're automatically in good posture. Works while walking the dog, waiting in line, any idle standing moment. Instead of being bored, you're doing two exercises that improve your day.

Real-World Example

A founder spends 20 minutes daily in various lines and waits. Old habit: scroll phone, increase anxiety. New habit: double-inhale, long exhale, relax torso (three times). Then posture reset. They arrive at meetings more relaxed and standing taller. Twenty minutes of dead time becomes twenty minutes of stress reduction and physical improvement.
