MICRO DIET

one bad food at a time. never hungry. craving dies.

The Lesson

Don't try to fix your whole diet at once-giving up favorites, eating less, being hungry. That's too much mental load. Instead: micro diet. Target just one bad food (french fries, soda, whatever). Keep eating everything else, including all the healthy food you want. Never be hungry. After a few months, the craving for that one thing dies. Then pick another. Then another. By eliminating one thing at a time while staying full, you decrease willpower load dramatically. Eventually your diet is clean and it was never hard.

Real-World Example

A founder's diet is a mess. Standard diets fail within weeks. They try micro diet: just eliminate Snickers bars, nothing else. They eat plenty of everything else. Two months later, Snickers sound gross. Next target: soda. Then fries. A year later, all the worst foods are gone. They were never hungry, never suffered. Each small win built momentum for the next.
