TRAFFIC JAM REFRAME

traffic? the simulation is adjusting your timing.

The Lesson

Stuck in traffic or behind a slow driver? Here's a reframe. Your brain processes fiction almost the same as fact. That's why movies make you cry. So imagine you're in a simulation that occasionally adjusts your timing to put you in the right place at the right time. The traffic jam isn't bad luck-it's keeping you from trouble or presenting an opportunity you would have missed. Reality is mostly subjective anyway. With this reframe, you sit at a full stop feeling completely at peace. It's just part of the simulation doing its job.

Real-World Example

A founder is late for a meeting, stuck in traffic, blood pressure rising. They try the reframe: 'The simulation is adjusting my timing. There's a reason I need to arrive later.' They relax completely. Arrive late-turns out the investor was also running late and would have been annoyed waiting. Perfect timing. Coincidence? Doesn't matter. The reframe made the drive peaceful either way.
